Tools required:

- A Dremel clone and a *lot* of reinforced cutting disks
- A jig saw
- Some (needle) files
- Some hot melt glue
- Loads of masking tape

- 2U standard rack mounting case from Maplin Electronics - part number XM68Y
- 21cm flat cable from Farnell - part number 3295102
- A free Saturday and Sunday to complete it in

The extra socket on the right of the picture above is for hardwired IR control. A number of DDARs could be mounted in the same rack and controlled using zoned IR from Homevision
